Firearm Safety Course – Oct. 9 – 2011

The Foundation will be conducting a firearms training course on the 9th of October.  This is a great opportunity to get you or someone you know the hands on experience required by State law and conduct your pistol safety course.

This course is a basic introduction to firearms. While it teaches marksmanship principals, it is mostly designed to ensure that you understand the basics of handgun safety in general, so that you may safely operate and keep your firearm.

What to bring to a Pistol Safety Class:

What to bring to the class is a great question! You don’t need to have to a whole bunch of random things, all we ask that you have is some sort of eye protection (sunglasses are fine), water, and a safe and eager attitude to learn.   Additionally, lunch is not provided.

Where to go for your handgun course:

We start the course near Salt Lake, where you will go into a highly productive learning environment.
